Upon submitting a warranty claim or requesting repairs, the Customer agrees to remove or log out of any associated login credentials, accounts, or personal information on the product in question. Failure to do so may result in delays in the repair or warranty process, and the customer acknowledges that the company is not liable for any issues arising from the retention of such information during and/or after the service or repair period.
