However, customer can always opt for self pick-up at our retail.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For Peninsular Malaysia, it usually takes between 2-5 working days* (Monday to Friday) for goods to arrive at your destination. The shipment will be delivered during office hours between 9.00am to 6.00pm weekdays only.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For East Malaysia, it usually takes between 4-7 working days* (Monday to Friday) for goods to arrive at your destination. The shipment will be delivered during office hours between 9.00am to 6.00pm weekdays only.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Shipping Time is subject to limitation of courier service and delivery it may take a longer time during peak or festive seasons.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There are times where order processing time will take longer than usual, such as Pre-Order items or hot selling items that may run out of stock. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by courier services, especially during peak seasons or other unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, pandemic, war, riot, state of emergency, movement control order or abrupt termination of the third party services).
